1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Extfy, the developer and publisher of the AMZ Evaluator Lite browser extension ("the Extension", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension in a supported browser for your own market research purposes. The Extension is provided free of charge.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Extension to:
- Analyze publicly visible Amazon search result pages that you have opened in your browser;
- View aggregate metrics such as average price, review count, and sales rank;
- Switch between the available analysis modes (Standard, Proven Private Label, KDP, Wingman Test);
- Use the data for your own research, sourcing, and selling decisions.
4. Prohibited use
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Extension or its outputs in a way that competes with the Extension itself;
- Use the Extension to violate any law, third-party rights, or the terms of service of Amazon or any other website;
- Use the Extension to scrape, harvest, or store Amazon data at a scale or rate that would breach Amazon's terms;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features of the Extension or of Amazon's website;
- Use the Extension to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.
5. Data & accuracy
The metrics shown by the Extension are computed from the publicly visible content of the Amazon search result page at the time you open the dashboard. Data is provided "as is" for informational and research purposes only. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular business purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it to make business or sourcing decisions.
6. Relationship to Amazon
The Extension is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All Amazon trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, and logos appearing in or referenced by the Extension are the property of their respective owners. Your access to and use of Amazon is governed by Amazon's own terms of service and conditions of use.
7. Intellectual property
The Extension, including its source code, design, branding, icons, text, and documentation, is owned by Extfy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE CHANGES TO AMAZON OR YOUR BROWSER.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXTFY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE EXTENSION OR ANY DATA PROVIDED BY IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Extfy from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including those of Amazon.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may suspend or discontinue the Extension, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 2 ends and you must remove the Extension from your browser.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
